About the Workshops
Each workshop is 1 hour by Zoom (or 1.5 hours in person), focused on a role-specific responsibility.

| Coaching and PD | Learn how to use AI tools to create customized coaching plans, develop teacher-specific feedback and guidance, and lead staff through targeted PD. This session supports leaders in building differentiated, job-embedded support systems. |
| School Climate | This session explores ways AI can analyze climate survey results and generate culture-building strategies. It addresses the difficulty of making sense of complex input from staff, students, and families. |
| AI Use Policies and Practice | Explore frameworks and sample language to craft responsible AI use policies tailored to your school’s needs, as well as support teachers and provide guidance for appropriate student AI use. This session helps principals navigate the tension between innovation, equity, and academic integrity. |
| Connecting with Parents | This session shows how AI can improve communication with families, engage parents more deeply, and foster community engagement. It helps principals build stronger home-school partnerships while saving valuable time. |
| Strategic Planning | Principals will learn how AI can assist in generating school goals, drafting improvement plans, and aligning initiatives to student data. This session supports leaders facing the pressure of producing actionable plans under tight timelines. |
